Families Leading the Way

The WWOX Foundation of America (WWOX USA) was created by a group of parents whose children suffer from WWOX-related diseases. It was established to reach and support families in the United States while helping strengthen the wider WWOX community.

WWOX USA also facilitates collaboration with scientists, researchers, clinicians and the medical community throughout the United States. Its mission is to:

  • fund, promote and support medical research aimed at developing treatments for WWOX-related disorders

  • support and advocate for individuals and families affected by WWOX-related conditions

  • raise awareness within the medical, scientific and broader community.
